Sölle, Dorothee. The Silent Cry: Mysticism and Resistance. 2001. Sölle’s magnum opus. I’m intrigued by her blending mysticism and political social action, usually Martha and Mary—never the twain shall meet. But she mastered and practiced both apparently. I probably fit in the category Christofacist because I accept the supernatural. If God is God, God can do whatever, is not bound by the so-called laws of science. Why miracles don’t occur so often today, I don’t know. But I still accept the logical possibility that they do. I seem to be in a lonely place in that respect, however.
