Reverend and Mrs. Jean-Emile Ngué
Our beloved brother the Reverend Dr. Jean-Emile Ngué suffered a heart attack on Wednesday following an unrelated scan in the hospital in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He will have further diagnostic tests on Wednesday, but in the meantime is in severe pain. Madame Sophie Ngué, speaking to us by telephone today, requested our prayers, especially that God will ease his pain.
Dr. Ngué is Executive Director of the African Counseling Center, and Secretary General of the Protestant Council of Churches in Cameroon. Having received his doctorate from Virginia Union University and clinical training at the Virginia Institute of Pastoral Care in the early 1990s, Dr. Ngué has led in human rights in Cameroon and assisted the United Nations in pastoral response to child trafficking through Cameroon in Gabon.
Please join us in prayer.
