Thanks so much for visiting my blog, I'll be back to visit again. I have done lectio in the past. Maybe that slowing down would be a good practice for me, too. Are your wrist or finger joints part of the problem? That's why my husband got the Kindle for me, and it really gives me a break. You can't get every book in the world on a Kindle, but enough to vary with holding heavier books.</description>
